The Threshold Session is a 75-minute guided experience designed to help you pause, reflect, and reconnect with the wisdom that is already within you.

Together, we will explore where you are, what is shifting, and what next step feels most aligned for your journey.

Like sitting beside an ancient well, this session is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and remember that the answers you seek are not outside of you. They are waiting to be uncovered within.
