...a sacred space where women gather to honor the rhythm of the moon, connect with their inner wisdom, and step fully into their own power.
Each Full Moon, we meet in person for an embodied, ceremonial circle filled with movement, ritual, and celebration.
Through ritual, meditation, lunar teachings, and the support of sacred community, each circle offers its own medicine while holding the continuity of the moon cycle, helping you cultivate insight, reflection, and alignment that carries beyond the circle itself.

The She Who Rises Live Circle Gatherings
are immersive, ritual-based experiences held in shared space.
They are for women who want to feel the Full Moon in their bodies...
through movement, music, reflection, & community.
Circle Flow (2 hours total):
Arrival & Grounding - 6:30pm (30 minutes)
Step into a circle of sisters. Share tea, laughter, and presence as you leave the day behind and open to the magic, stillness, and ritual of the Full Moon.
➡️ New! Tune into your intuition and pick an oracle card before the circle.
Ritual & Ceremony - 7:00pm-8:30pm (90 minutes) includes:
Introduction to the Full Moon Theme and Gene Key -setting the tone and offering reflection for the cycle
The Illumination Ritual with candle and spoken intention
Embodied Movement or Qigong guided by Sheri to awakend body, breathe and presence
Guided Meditation and Lunar Journey
Journaling for personal reflection
Sacred Sharing - Partner or group sharing (always invitational)
Celebration - A closing ritual and joyful celebration dance
